Matt is rather personable, welcoming and has an awesome Mind-set. He continued making an attempt to get the drain cleared. It was a unpleasant clog and I expected him to give up but he didn't give up And at last pushed through the clog. I'd endorse Matt and Roto-Rooter to anyone for their plumbing desires.
